The team behind the genius
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Key Account Manager (KAM) will support the sales and client development of the Stelar solution and all other technology solutions developed by the Innovations and Solutions group. He or she will also maintain close relationships with clients, while coordinating business development efforts towards the achievement of objectives.
The Key Account Manager monitors business opportunities and collaborates with various stakeholders (Segment Directors, Managers, external partners) to promote the full range of solutions that Norda Stelo Solutions offers its clients. In this capacity, he or she shall:
- Generate sales of Stelar and other solutions;
- Take on a consultative role with clients in order to respond effectively to their business needs;
- Have in-depth knowledge of new and existing clients as well as of the company's services and markets.
Our expertise is diversified, what about you?
- Participate in the planning and execution of sales of the Stelar solution and other solutions of the Norda Stelo Solutions group;
- Identify, assess, and detail client needs and prepare presentations of the solutions provided by Norda Stelo Solutions;
- Proactively monitors client satisfaction, ensures renewal of agreements, and reinforces the Norda Stelo Solutions footprint with clients;
- Stays abreast of business opportunities and generates demand for the company's solutions;
- Applies the corporate sales process and provides information on the various platforms (CRM and SGP);
- Collaborates in the implementation of the strategy for responding to a call for proposals and in the building of a supply team to bring a business opportunity to fruition;
- Participates in the drafting of proposals and the negotiation of contracts;
- Coordinates efforts with supply teams to ensure effective implementation of the solution;
- Keeps abreast of project performance (work in progress, accounts receivable, restrictions and margins) at client sites, and takes action to achieve group objectives;
- Develops and maintains sound, long-term business relationships with clients, and maintains a network of contacts;
- Represent Norda Stelo at events, conferences, symposia, etc.;
- Carries out any other tasks related to the scope of his/her duties.
Our must-haves
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or other relevant combination of education and experience;
- 5 to 10 years' experience in a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in selling software solutions (SaaS);
- Proficiency in Office suite software;
- Bilingualism required, both written and spoken (French and English).
